WHAT TO EXPECT
Take your meditation deeper with a morning of extended practice, learning and discussion. Still Mind is a mini meditation retreat, designed to allow you to experience some of the stillness, insight and deep rest of those settings.
10 or 20 minutes of meditation on a regular basis can be a truly powerful habit. But some of the more profound benefits of meditation emerge through extended periods of practice. Still Mind gives you the opportunity to touch deeper, more concetrated meditative states.
The event will involve:
- Basic instruction in effective meditation techniques that you can use to envigorate your personal practice
- Mindful movement
- Periods of both guided and silent meditation designed to still your mind
- Q&A and discussion
This event is designed for both beginner and experienced meditators.
