Still Mind is a community for anyone interested in exploring and expanding their minds through the practice of meditation and breath work.
Experience a respite from the busyness and stress of London life through guided practices to still the mind and balance the nervous system. Learn to use mindfulness and the breath to live a more integrated life.
Each Still Mind class will be different, exploring varying meditation and breathwork modalities through both theory and practice.
Expect extended periods of guided practice from 15-30 mins, as well as mindful movement and discussion.
