Still Mind is a community for anyone interested in exploring and expanding their minds through the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced meditator join us for a morning of deep practice and true rest.
The event will mix different forms of guided meditation with restorative yoga and discussion,
A typical event schedule will be as below:
10.15am: Intro and discussion. What is meditation and how should we practice?
10.40am: Guided meditation
11.15am: Restorative yoga
11.45am: Guided meditation
This event is designed for both beginner and experienced meditators.
