Still Mind is a community for anyone interested in exploring and expanding their minds through the practice of meditation and mindfulness.
Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced meditator join us for a morning of deep practice and true rest.

Still Mind will run in an extended class format begining with a short thematic introduction to a topic in meditation. We will then move through a variety of guided meditation practices, mindful movement and yin-yoga-inspired postures before ending with some discussion and Q&A.
