We have our roots in the functional fitness world. We founded CrossFit City Road in 2014 and spent the following 7 years coaching many thousands of classes and growing an incredible community.
Watching as that community expanded from a tiny group of personal training clients to hundreds of members across 3 locations taught us many invaluable lessons about training, fitness and health.
We were inspired to take a step further and pursue our own vision of fitness. Over the years, we had begun to explore and study other training methodologies and practices: endurance; breathwork; cold and heat exposure; meditation and other movement disciplines.
