TRAINING
We pride ourselves on an exceptional coach-lead class environment with a range of classes to suit different goals and ability levels. Our aim is to make every session safe, fun and effective for every individual. Classes are split between Performance and Mind (see below).
We also have a separate open gym training space where members can train independently or with a PT.
01 CLASSES (PERFORMANCE)
FORCE
Force is a standalone strength-training class. Expect to squat, deadlift, jump, press, pull and more. Expect a slower pace, rest intervals and no cardio!
energy
Energy is a conditioning class designed to help you build endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Expect to row, ski, bike, run and more. Expect to sweat.
WORK
Work is our functional fitness / mixed modality class. Work on gymnastics and weightlifting skills and put them to the test in challenging conditioning workouts.
RUN CLUB
A social run club for runners of all levels. Sessions may be intervals or steady runs of around 5km.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Learn and master the snatch and the clean and jerk from the ground up through progressive skill development, strength training and mobility.
YOGA
Restorative yoga mixing Vinyasa flow, traditional asana and yin yoga as well as breathing and meditation practice.
force
Develop your ability to produce FORCE through structured strength and power training, the fundamental building blocks of human performance and health.
WORK
Develop your capacity to WORK through functional fitness and mixed modality training. Be prepared for whatever life throws at you.
GYMNASTICS
Develop the strength and skill required to master your own body and control it through space and time. Work towards high level skills on rings and on the floor.
Energy
Develop the ENERGY systems of the body. Learn to go long and build your aerobic capacity by running, rowing, skiing and biking.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Learn and master the snatch and the clean and jerk from the ground up through progressive skill development, strength training and mobility.
RUN
Prepare for The Hackney Half, as well as other running events, or simply come to let loose on the streets of London.

MIND
Mind is a ~15 minute guided mindfulness meditation practice to help still your mind and find unshakeable wellbeing.
BREATH
Breath is a ~15 minute guided breathwork practice designed to help you manage stress, improve health and boost physical performance

Master your BREATH to balance stress, improve physical performance and find deep calm. Learn functional breathing mechanics and a variety of breathing exercises.
RESTORE
RESTORE the natural balance of your body and mind. Build resilience to stress and promote recovery through a combination of mobility & flexibility training, breathwork and meditation practices.
MIND
Train your MIND through meditation using ancient techniques verified by modern science. Learn to quiet the mind and develop lasting and unshakeable wellbeing.
03 OPEN GYM
Train independently in our open gym space to supplement what you do in classes. Work on skills, strength and conditioning to reach your individual goals. Your access to open gym will depend on your membership level.
04 Private Coaching
Work 1-2-1 with an expert coach. You can add private coaching on top of classes or work exclusively in a 1-2-1 format. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or master your snatch, private coaching will help get you there faster.
05 Nutrition Coaching
When it comes to creating lasting health and performance, what you do outside the gym has an enormous impact. A qualified nutrition coach will guide you through the process of behaviour change, step by step, building the habits and skills you need to get to where you want to be and stay there for life.
